We love the community that we have created, and we want to make sure that our ambassadors have the same passion for our brand as we do!

Who Can Become A Forever Frankie Ambassador?

  • Must have an active Instagram or TikTok account for your dog
  • Account must be public with at least 250 followers and 2+ posts and 2+ stories per week
  • Follow us on Instagram @frankieandfriendsx
  • Be at least 18+ years of age
  • If successful, you must read and agree to our brand ambassador terms & conditions below 
  • Applications are currently open worldwide

 

 

Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions

  1. We will only evaluate ambassadors with an active, public Instagram account that meet the requirements above (dog accounts only, sorry).
  2. You must be over the age of 18 years to apply.
  3. Our brand ambassador program is a non-exclusive contract.
  4. Ambassadors earn 10% commission on purchases made using your unique discount code, net of discounts, shipping, refunds and taxes. Sale orders are excluded. Orders placed must use the discount.
  5. Commissions are paid in the form of store credit valid for use at Forever Frankie online store only.
  6. Your store credit will be issued on the 1st of every month for the previous month in the form of an e-gift card.
  7. As an ambassador you are responsible to purchase your first product, however most of our ambassadors are customers already.
  8. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, disputed or fraudulent orders.
  9. There will be no commission on purchases you make using your own unique code.
  10. Ambassador acknowledges and hereby agrees to grant Forever Frankie the unlimited use of any and all work product developed by the Ambassador. Work product includes but is not limited to all social media posts, pictures, images, videos, recordings, taglines, hashtags, posts, commentary, and designs.
  11. Ambassador hereby assigns and transfers all right, title, ownership and interest therein, presently known or hereafter ascertained, including, but not limited to, all copyright rights therein, the right to secure the copyright (and all renewals, reissues and extensions thereof) throughout the world, without any restrictions as to use, to Company. 
  12. Frankie and Friends expects the Ambassador to make at least one sale per 60 day period using your unique discount code. If the Ambassador does not meet this requirement, the brand ambassador agreement will be withdrawn.
  13. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
  14. In the event that the Ambassador has breached this agreement, we may (i) immediately suspend, limit or terminate the Ambassador’s access to any Advertiser account and/or (ii) instruct the Ambassador to cease all promotional activities or make clarifying statements, and the Ambassador shall immediately comply.
  15. The Company will retain the rights to use any photos you send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
  16. We may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Unless this Agreement or applicable law specifies otherwise, we will give you thirty (30) days prior notice of any significant change to this Agreement.
