We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. Please note out products are subject to batch variations in colour and tone and we cannot guarantee the colour or patterns on our items will be exactly as per the product photos on our website. We are subject to a third party manufacturers processes to achieve this and this is unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that due to some of our products being made out of differing materials i.e. webbing to neoprene, there may be variations in colour and tone between items in a set  i.e. a Lead to a Harness, or even parts of an item i.e. the Harness webbing to the body of the harness.

We attempt to provide as accurately as we can an exact representation of our items on the site. Should you require exact confirmation of the colour / tone of our product to our image representation please contact us. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Returns Policy

For Harnesses, Collars,  Leads, Poop Bags, Bow Ties only.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR DOG HOODIES, DOG SKIVVIES, & DOG SUN AND SAND RASHIES.

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.

Forever Frankie is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please carefully read the sizing guide for each specific product before placing your order. If in doubt, please email us with your dog's neck and chest measurements before purchasing.

Please note that at Forever Frankie we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you a store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below.

Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of Forever Frankies other products. Your Store Credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to you once your return has been received.

 

SHIPPING:

  1. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
  2. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
  3. Customs delays may add to shipping and delivery time frames.
  4. Forever Frankie goes to great lengths to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defect. All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for the courier service, with the slim chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.
  5. In any instance where your item has been recorded as being delivered by our carrier and thereafter stolen or lost, liability and loss rests with you.
  6. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery. Please advise us as soon as possible prior to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct shipping information. Please note however that once your order is processed; we are unable to change the shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this is correct. We are unable to give refunds, if we are supplied with an incorrect address. If a re-shipment of the order is required because of an incorrect address (once an order is returned to us for this reason), the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.
  7. Please note that Forever Frankie may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Merchandise included in your order. We will contact you in this instance. Should this occur you will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, contain no hair / fur and be clean and new.
  • If your pet chews your Forever Frankie merchandise, please note that we do not consider this reason for our merchandise to be labelled defective and does not fall under 'wear and tear'. 
  • As per our terms below, any products sold as a Sale Item cannot be returned.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it will not be refunded.

Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense. The cost of shipping is at the buyers expense.

Processing Returns

We expect to process your return within 5 business days of receiving it.

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at Forever Frankie online store
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit can simple be topped up through payment for the remaining balance due via our ordering portal.
  • The Forever Frankie Store credit does not have an expiry date.

 

'Dog Hoodie, Dog Skivvie, & Dog Sun & Sand  Rashie' Return & Exchange Policy

Our Dog Hoodie, Dog Skivvie, & Dog Sun & Sand Rashie are 100% customised and manufactured specially for your order here in QLD, Australia. We want you to be 100% satisfied, but since these items are custom made to each order, we can only refund damaged goods. Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product.

Please also note that these items are fashioned, shaped, and machined by hand in QLD. We DO NOT guarantee EXACT sizing. We allow as a standard a difference of + or - 7.5% on length, girth and chest measurements. Please factor this into your sizing. 

If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or have simply changed your mind, we do not provide a refund or swap - so please double check your sizing and be sure of your purchase! Unfortunately when we pack the orders we do not know what size your dogs is, what your favourite colour is, nor do we know what colours match your fur baby.

To prevent any sizing issues we have tried to make it easy by providing you with two sizing charts on each hoodie page. We encourage you to get in contact with us via the chat on our website, - or simply email us to check the sizing if you are uncertain.

Please note all Dog Hoodies, Skivvies and Jackets are to be maintained as per the following process: 

  • Gentle machine wash - cold
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron
