Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia. We aim to process and ship your order within 24–48 hours, and you’ll receive a tracking number via Australia Post once it’s on the way.
Please note: our dog clothes are made to order and take approximately 7-10 business days to create before being dispatched.

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD when you use the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
Shipping costs are based on weight:
- $9.95 up to 500g
- $13.95 up to 1kg
- Over 1kg — please use the shipping calculator at checkout.
International shipping ranges between $15–$50 AUD, depending on your location, delivery speed, and order weight.
Please note, the FREESHIPPING code can’t be used with other discounts or for bulky/heavy items.

Every product has its own specific size chart, so be sure to check before ordering.

We hope you and your pup love your order, but if you’ve purchased the wrong size or changed your mind, we offer store credit (excludes dog hoodies, skivvies, and sun & sand rashies).
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size (only store credit), so please check measurements carefully.
Our dog clothes are custom-made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded if a replacement isn’t available.
